Sandra Kundananji Banda-Silomba

Sandra is a corporate and commercial lawyer who has served in some of Zambia’s top tier law firms. She has over 7 years of experience encompassing the advising of clients on compliance and regulatory matters across Africa. Sandra is a well-rounded lawyer who has over the years been part of teams that have dealt with both high-end mining and energy regulation transactions, with a focus on drafting agreements, fostering and structuring transactions, and providing compliance advice.

Sandra is also well-versed in dispute and conflict resolution, and being an Associate member of the Zambian Chapter of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and its Legal Reform Committee, has overseen the resolution of many disputes and arbitral matters.

She is an Advocate of the Superior Courts of Zambia, a Commissioner for Oaths and is an active member of several Law Association of Zambia Committees.
