Ronald Chanje is an experienced human resource management practitioner with over 26 years of experience. Previously, he served in various roles including as senior human capital business partner at Stanbic Bank Zambia as well as human resource and administration manager for Zambezi Portland (amongst others). Ronald brings a wide catchment of expertise across HR policy, talent management, performance management, employee relations, collective bargaining (amongst others) in his current role. Ronald holds a Social Science Degree in Human Resources Management, Diploma in Personnel Management. He is an ILO trained trainer in Employee Relations and Consequence Management, a trained Flawless consultant and trained in Corporate Governance.
