Njeri Mungai Ngaruiya
Njeri Mungai Ngaruiya is currently the Investment Director for Investment Fund for Developing Countries (“IFU”). She has 15 years of experience in private equity and investment banking in Sub Saharan Africa and the UK with primary specialization in financial institutions.
She previously worked at Incofin Investment Management in the Africa office, focusing on making debt and equity investments within the micro-finance sector across the African continent. Prior to that, she worked at Imperial Azara and In Return Capital as a Senior Investment Manager and Investment Manager, respectively, where her role was to participate in the sourcing, processing and monitoring of investments in companies operating within East and West Africa.
Njeri holds an MSc in Finance from Cass Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Surrey.
