In other news, Africa GreenCo Group, via its South Africa arm, GreenCo Power Services (Pty) Ltd, has announced a power purchase agreement (PPA) with AMEA Power, a Dubai-based company specializing in renewable energy projects across Africa, the Middle East, and other emerging markets. The project’s financing is set to be facilitated by the Standard Bank of South Africa, a major financial player in sub-Saharan Africa, known for its active role in supporting green energy projects.
