Brian has over 20 years of experience in a career spanning energy regulation, corporate compliance, infrastructure & energy law, policy advisory and environmental compliance in Zambia. This includes in keys roles (amongst others) at the Zambian Environmental Management Agency (ZEMA), Energy Regulation Board (ERB) and most recently with the Corporate Law Firm AB & David.  He is an advocate of the superior courts in Zambia. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) and Bachelor of Sciences (BSc) Biochemistry from the University of Zambia as well as a Master of Laws (LLM) – Corporate and Commercial, from the University of Dundee, United Kingdom. Brian is also a published author having written three books for candidate lawyers for the Zambian Bar in Company Law, Evidence and Probate & Succession.
